Balcony Family Room

Our family room is a bright, double aspect, airy, spacious room!

Parents get a huge comfortable King with no foodboard (new for 2012 - not shown in current pic) with Egyptian cotton linen, and there is the option of either 1 or 2 brand new extendable cast iron beds (up to 2metres long), or 2 cots or a mix of cot/kiddy bed so suitable for a family of up to 4. Linen is provided free for cots!

The large bathroom has double sinks and a feature bath with monsoon style shower above. Rooms are equipped with a high grade comfy double sofa, lush bathrobes and slippers, high grade towels and face mitts, bath towel, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, docking station (charges too!), brand new huge 32" LED, TV and DVD so you can snuggle up on the sofa watching one of our movies or CBeebies, toys, playmat, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, bathmat, potty, step and toilet trainer seat, non-slip bath mat, sideboard, plenty of spare pillows an all essential nighlight and parents have dimable bedside lights so you can still have a read or don't trip over anything when you sneak to bed!! There is even a bottle warmer and bottle making tray! We even provide a cool box, picnic blanket, water bottle, fishing net, an umbrella, torch and shopping bag in your room for use during your stay! Parents also have our lovely new "Pure Essentials" toiletries; handwash, handcream and hair&body wash, kiddies get a kids hair and body wash and antibacterial handwash!

This room has lockable shutters to perhaps get that extra lie in or to have a lovely dark afternoon nap!!
